The 5th Annual Dick Haslam Memorial Golf Tournament was held on September 8, 2025 at Blackledge Country Club in Hebron. The day brought together family, friends, and community members to honor the life and legacy of the late Dick Haslam, who would have celebrated his birthday on that very day.
Hosted by the Haslam Memorial Foundation, the tournament drew a strong turnout of golfers and supporters. Proceeds from the event of over $21,000 are set to go directly toward the Foundation’s mission of helping children and families in East Haddam. Over the past five years, the Haslam Memorial Foundation has proudly donated more than $165,000 in support of local families facing hardship.
As the Foundation looks ahead, the Haslam family and tournament committee remain committed to growing the event and its charitable impact, ensuring Dick Haslam’s legacy of generosity and kindness continues for years to come.
