TOURNAMENT DETAILS
Attention All Players
Proper golf attire is required. Golf will be played in a scramble format. The tournament will be played rain or shine. In addition to fantastic raffle prizes and a 50/50 raffle, there will also be contests at our putting green and closest to hole.
Registration is available online on this website.
The Tournament is limited to 120 players and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. No Exceptions.

Tournament Sponsorship
The Haslam Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization helping youth organizations in East Haddam. Proceeds from our tournaments in September 2021 and 2022 benefited the East Haddam/Moodus Little League in the purchase of new scoreboards for their majors and minors field as well as movie night for all players, shirts for all coaches, and uniforms for all all-star teams.
With proceeds from its 2023 tournament, which raised over $21,000, the Foundation purchased Boy Scout Troop 22 a new trailer which will be put to great use in hauling bottles and cans from the transfer station to the recycling center as well as troop outings and events where scouts can store their gear and equipment. Haslam Memorial Foundation also supported East Haddam Youth and Family Services by sponsoring, in part, its annual Ride or Stride event as well as contributing $250 to its annual toy drive in conjunction with the East Haddam Police Department. It also donated to Nancy Carpentier’s mission of feeding in need families by presenting her with a $500 gift card to Hometown Market to purchase groceries to support her worthy mission. The Foundation also donated $500 to the East Haddam Food Bank and made numerous anonymous donations to support East Haddam families. The Foundation once again presented the Winakor Haslam Memorial Scholarship to a deserving graduating student from Nathan Hale-Ray High School, Nathan Parker. Finally, the Foundation sponsored the 8th grade yearbook with yummy “chillwiches” from Blue Chip Creamery as well as a week of water fun for East Haddam Park and Rec’s summer camp!
The 2024 golf tournament will continue to support youth activities in and around the town of East Haddam, including the establishment of school liaisons to assist our Board in pinpointing the needs of children and families in town.

This sponsorship includes two hole sponsorships, displaying of a corporate banner, advertisement of sponsorship on social media and mention at dinner.
gold Sponsor – $1,500
