TOURNAMENT DETAILS
Attention All Players
Proper golf attire is required. Golf will be played in a scramble format. The tournament will be played rain or shine. In addition to fantastic raffle prizes and a 50/50 raffle, there will also be contests at our putting green and closest to hole.
Registration is available online on this website.
The Tournament is limited to 120 players and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. No Exceptions.

Tournament Sponsorship
The Haslam Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization helping youth organizations in East Haddam. Proceeds from our inaugural tournament in September 2021 benefitted the East Haddam/Moodus Little League in the purchase of new scoreboards for their majors and minors field as well as movie night for all players, shirts for all coaches, and uniforms for all all-star teams. The 2023 golf tournament will support youth activities in and around the town of East Haddam, and operating a successful foundation requires financial support from our community.

Bronze Sponsor – $300
This sponsorship is aimed at non-golfers who would like to contribute to the Haslam Memorial Foundation Inc. in a significant manner. It includes a hole sponsorship, along with recognition on social media and mention at dinner.
silver Sponsor – $750
This sponsorship includes two hole sponsorships, displaying of a corporate banner, advertisement of sponsorship on social media and mention at dinner.
gold Sponsor – $1,500
